Terms & Conditions;
- 'Va With Ease' refers to the company VA With Ease ABN 51360605040.
- 'We', 'Our', 'Us' refers to the company VA With Ease.
- 'You', 'Your', 'Client', 'Customer', 'Consumer' refers to any clients or visitors to the site, vawithease@gmail.com
- 'Service/s', refers to the products and packages VA With Ease offers.
- 'Pack', 'Package', 'Service Agreement', refers to the virtual administrative products avaible to consumers.
- 'Time', refers to hours purchased by You, the consumer.
- 'AEST', refers to the Australian Eastern Standard Time.
- 'AEDT', refers to the Australian Eastern Daylight Time.
- 'Booking Inquiry', 'Quote', refers to the service/product package request made by You, the consumer.
- 'Third Parties', refers to the third parties/programs and external services which VA With Ease uses in order to carry out product package tasks, as purchased by You, the consumer.
- 'Terms & Conditions', refers to the conditions and terms as set out in this document and the Privacy Policy for the VA With Ease company website, along with any special term and condition agreements made between VA With Ease, and You, the consumer.
Payments and Rates
- All our prices are in AUD, and serve for Australian clients only*.
- We offer a one-off, complimentary (free) 30-minute video consultation to any consumer who's booking inquiry form aligns with the services on offer and the availability of the company, VA With Ease, at the time of inquiry. This complimentary service is set to establish whether a working arrangement and service delivery agreement can be made between VA With Ease, and You, the consumer.
- Our complimentary (free) 30-minute video consultation is limited to one per customer*.
- We offer a prepaid, extended 60-minue video consultation to any consumer who's booking inquiry form aligns with the services on offer and the availability of the company, VA With Ease, at the time of inquiry. This service is not complimentary- the cost if $60- and must be paid prior to the commencement of the call, in order to establish a more detailed plan or customised package and service delivery agreement, between VA With Ease, and You, the consumer.
Business Hours
- 9am-5pm, Mondays to Fridays, AEDT.
- We respond to each consumers inquiry within two business days, and each response will come from the company's designated email address; vawithease@gmail.com
Cancellations
- Any time purchased is non refundable, however both the complimentary 30-minute video call, and the prepaid 60-minute video call (at the rate of $60) can be rescheduled if You, the consumer provide the company, VA With Ease with at least 24 hours notice as set by the conditions below;
- 24 hours notice is required for any booking inquiry video call service, and must be notified to the company by the company's email address; vawithease@gmail.com, in order for any rescheduling of the cancelled consultation to occur.
- If You, the consumer, fail to provide sufficient notice of a booking inquiry cancellation, or provide notice of a cancellation, but do not wish to reschedule or pursue an inquiry servicing video call, any prepaid purchase will not be funded.
Consumer Responsibilities
- It is the responsibillity of You, the consumer, to provide all the contact details outlayed on the Booking Inquiry Form, in order for the company, VA With Ease to be able to make contact and respond to your inquiry within two business days.
- The company, VA With Ease, will make three attempts of contact via the company email address; vawithease@gmail.com. If after these three contact attempts, You the consumer do not respond, we the company, VA With Ease will cease to make any further contact.
- It is the responsibility of You, the consumer, to maintain a respectful dialogue when communicating with the company, VA With Ease. As such the company reserves the right to terminate any form of communication and service if You, the consumer, do not comply with this.
- In turn, the company, VA With Ease, aims to uphold a respectful duty of care in all the dialogue and forms of communcation with have with You, the consumer.
- The company, VA With Ease, reserves the right to refuse service to any consumer who does not comply with the Terms & Conditions outlined in this document.
Copyright and Ownership
The company, VA With Ease is bound and protected by the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). As such, the company, VA With Ease reserves the right to change these Terms & Conditions from time to time and will provide reasonable notice to You, the consumer, when this occurs.
